ブラック x ゴールドとフラワープリントがメインだった今回のショーは始終安定した美しさで大御所のなんたるやを実感した。

ブラックをベースにしている割にはシースルー素材やフラワープリントのせいか、あまり"A/Wコレクション"といった印象がなく、むしろ打ち出したいバロックのイメージがしっかりと各ルックで感じることができたので、良い意味でシーズンレスなコレクションと表現したい。

サンダルもすごく可愛いしね。

Black x gold combination and floral prints are the main pieces in this collection, which goes stably from the beginning  to the end.

It isn't like an "A/W collection" though the base color is black maybe because of the see-through fabrics and the floral prints, and I think they have a specific baroque image to express and it worked out.

So I'd like to call this collection seasonless in a good way.

The sandals are cute!

ファーストルックからまさしくミリタリー！

強いお姉さんは好きですか？

ベースとなるカラーがカーキ、ブラック。

そこに様々なグレーとボルドー、レッドで味付け。

やはりTopshopということもあってか、足を出した若者にウケが良さそうなルックが多い。

オーバーサイズなトップスが主流になっているので足下を露出したり、袖をくしゅくしゅっとたくし上げることで印象を軽くしてバランスをとってる。

ミリタリールックだからもちろんレースアップのシューズがピッタリハマっているけどキルティングのシューズも可愛い。

This is the military collection!

Do you like strong women?

The base colors are khaki and black.

Various gray, bordeaux and red spice it up.

This collection is for young girls I think.

Big silhouette tops are coordinated with short pants or they tuck up the sleeves to lighten the images of the looks.

Military clothes of course match lace-up shoes, but I also like the quilted shoes from this collection.

今回のJ.W.Andersonのショーはいつにも増して実験的なショーだった。

モードに落としにくいダウン素材でエプロンやヴェスト、パンツ、スカート、ハットまで披露して見せ、かつ、部分使いでしか使われないようなパテントレザーで全身を固めてしまったり、挑戦的な姿勢にハっとしてしまう。

そして同時に実際の着心地がかなり気になるところ。

膝下からフレアする半端な丈のブーツカットボトムも斬新。

これだけ奇をてらうコレクションだと賛否両論だと思うけど僕は好き。

初見では着れないかも…と怖じ気づいてしまったけど、眺めているうちに着てみたいって思えてくる。

This J. W. Anderson's collection is more experimental than ever.

His challenging attitude takes my breath away that he shows us aprons, vests, pants skirts and hats made of down and he created patent leather suits!!

And I wonder if they are comfortable to wear or not.

The cropped boot-cut pants which flare under knees are also unique.

I like this collection actually though some people don't I think.

Aquascutum 2012-13 A/W Collection

秋冬定番のミリタリー中心のコレクションだけど、Aquascutumのすごいところはかっこいいだけでは終わらせず、エレガントであるところ。

何かくっつけてゴチャゴチャさせてしまいがちなミリタリーアイテムも不必要な装飾を削ぎ落として白シャツでクリーンにキメる。

長めの作られた袖がジャケットから出ているバランスも可愛い。

Aquascutum's military collection is not just cool but also elegant.

The military items in this collection are minimal and look clean with a white shirt though they are often attached charms studds or something and look kind of messy.

ミリタリーの他にもスポーティーなアイテムが気になる。

肩の落ちたオーバーサイズブルゾンやジャンプスーツもコレクションのイメージを妨げず、一貫して直線的な美しさを放っている。

I'm also interested in the sporty items.

Somehow the big silhouette jamper and the jump suit that I like much the consistent liner beauty of the collection.

カーキからグレーイッシュなペールヴァイオレット、ネイビー、ブラック、白と続く色の流れも見事。

The color flow beginning with grayish pale violet, navy blue, black and white is also nice.
